“Delicious food for dinner and breakfast. Such a peaceful relaxing stay with a great view. Wish we could have stayed longer. We had a spider in our room but that is expected with the location. The host and their family are so warm and welcoming we would definately return if we are back in that area. ”

“Gem and Tuon were wonderful and attentive hosts. They were always available to help. They drove us wherever we wanted to go. Unfortunately my boyfriend was sick almost the entire stay (from before we arrived) and they brought us food from their restaurant as he wasn’t able to go out. They were so kind and lovely and we had a great stay. We weren’t able to do too much in the way of excursions because of illness but they had loads of recommendations and tours available to book through them. ”

“I think that if you love camping and don't mind seeing some tiny flying critters in the room, this is a great place for you. The room is basic but it's got a wonderful view of the mountains and the river that the boat tours pass through. The host was nice to talk with and was helpful with your questions (in English). “Excellent hotel. Family run. Lovely family. Looked after the guests. Cooked dinner for us too. Were there when even we asked for anything, help, food, directions. Ching the daughter is very efficient. Mother excellent cook. Pool is very big and surrounded by mountain was the real good thing. But to caves as well as to Hue was booked by them without any extra charge (unlike other hotels).”

Breakfast included in the price, secured my motorcycle, offered me tea, provided water in the room, and located along the main strip in Phong Nha, so walkable to the tourist center, restaurants, and other services. Room was clean. Karaoke could be heard in the late evening coming from outside the hotel area if you are the type to go to bed early. Very pleasant stay and recommend if you are traveling to Phong Nha.”

The only complaint is that we made special request - "if no elevator could we have a 2nd floor room" There is no elevator and we were given a room on the top floor. The hofel was nearly empty and we are old and find it difficult to climb stairs. ”

“Very friendly family run hotel. I really enjoyed my 3 nights at Paradise Hotel. Everybody I met were very friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable and the A/C worked well. The room was quite large for the price paid. Prices for good food and drinks were great. They booked me a tour for amazing day at the Caves which I really enjoyed. If I get back to Phong Nha, I will definitely stay at Paradise Hotel again. Thank you everybody for giving me an enjoyable experience.”

“Just finished a nice stay at the Paradise Hotel. The hotel is well located in the area where all the action is. Huge choice of restaurants and shopping all around. Can easily walk to the riverfront or the Imperial Citadel. Bed was comfy. Has TV and AC. Bathroom small but decent. It was quiet. And all for an insanely low price by North American standards. Only wrinkle I had was that the Hotels.com says they have safe at the front desk for customers to use. The one desk girl doesn't speak good...
