  • Imagine a secluded summer house on Thyholm, perfectly integrated into the scenic surroundings of the North Sea and the Limfjord. With a prime waterfront location, this home combines modern design with a respect for nature.



    Inside, the house offers 87 square meters of living space furnished with a mix of upcycled furniture and modern aesthetics. Large panoramic windows and skylights ensure a bright and inviting space, perfect for relaxation and socializing.



    Outside, you’ll find a large 166-square-meter terrace where nature takes center stage. An old oak tree is beautifully integrated into the terrace, and the area invites you to relax in a hammock or take walks down to the water along the path through the forest.



    The local area offers a wealth of activities—from water sports and nature to culinary experiences at the nearby Michelin-starred restaurant. If you’re looking for a day in nature, the Hellerød Kær hiking trail is a great option. It’s an approximately 3-kilometer-long trail through varied landscapes, including heathland, pastures, and swamp forest. No matter the season, Thyholm offers scenic experiences.

We had a really wonderful stay at the vacation home. It’s beautifully situated in a secluded spot on a scenic lot close to the fjord, where there are great opportunities for a refreshing dip. The surroundings are peaceful and perfect for relaxation and enjoying nature. A wonderful place that we highly recommend.

Warm, welcoming and cozy house with a fantastic vi...

Warm, welcoming and cozy house with a fantastic view out of the big back windows. The giant porch turns all of the surroundings into your expanded living room. Every morning I went for a swim in the Limfjord. Just a great place to be, especially for a family.

If you’re looking for a tasteful home, equipped with all the amenities and set in a beautiful setting, then this is the place! Within walking distance of the fjord, plenty of privacy, a home with all the trimmings (including comfortable beds), and welcoming owners. We were delighted to be the first guests—I’m sure many more will follow 🍀 Don’t forget to bring your own bed linens and towels!
