BELLA RITIRATA CON FACILE ACCESSO A TUTTA L'ISOLA

Il bungalow si trova nel parco di Villa Malvasia e ha l'uso esclusivo della piscina riscaldata, barbecue e cucina anche al di fuori dell'area salotto, terrazza prendisole, casa estiva e giardini. La proprietà è una delle più antiche dell'isola, ma è stata completamente restaurata quattro anni fa, quindi ha tutti i comfort moderni. Situato nella zona vinicola e molto popolare tra escursionisti e ciclisti, è facilmente raggiungibile in auto da tutte le località. Il villaggio di Tias è a 5 minuti in auto per tutti i generi alimentari, per i primi uccelli puoi chiamare Antonios per i cornetti mentre aprono alle 6 del mattino. Puerto del Carman, che dista 10 minuti in auto, ha tutte le spiagge ed è uno dei principali luoghi turistici. Ma se ti piace il surf, non preoccuparti, la struttura si trova vicino alla bellissima spiaggia di Famara, di nuovo 10 minuti nella direzione opposta. Appena oltre quella è la vecchia capitale dell'isola, Tequise, che ha un mercato ogni domenica, da non perdere per quell'affare.

A beautiful oasis
Debbie's place is fantastic and we had a wonderful week there enjoying everything the property has to offer. Little touches like milk being provided for our first morning coffee, and a great selection of English TV & film channels, made the stay even better. This is a self contained oasis which is quiet and completely private. The BBQ area demands special mention as it is extremely well equipped and my partner thoroughly enjoyed being BBQ king. For nights we didn't feel like cooking there are excellent restaurants less than 10 mins away, and even Playa Blanca was only about 30 mins. Debbie was onhand if needed, but never intrusive. Highly recommended and we'd definitely stay again.

An excellent stay at Debbie's. The property is in a lovely situation,away from the main towns but still near enough to be convenient. The garden, pool area is superb and very relaxing. The house is very clean and has everything you need. Debbie and her mum are superb hosts. Overall a great stay and would recommend

PERFECT - A very enjoyable stay
The accommodation is clean and tidy with all you need for a sunshine holiday with comfortable beds and hot showers. There is good WiFi in the house and pool area and lots of tv channels. The outside space /pool area is an amazing green oasis which is somewhere you can spend the days and nights surrounded with a well maintained private garden with lots of space to enjoy…… All to yourself. Location is good with the peace and quiet of vineyards surrounding the holiday house. Tias is 7 mins. in the car for grocery shopping and eating out. Your privacy while staying here is uppermost in Debbie’s thoughts and unless you need help or information you would think you were on your own. Many thanks Debbie x x

An idyllic oasis
Wow! Debbie's Finca is simply wonderful. We are a family of 4 (2 children aged 9 and 6) and this property was a perfect getaway for us. The location was spot. Located in amongst the vineyards, it is remote yet only a short drive from all the places you'd want to visit. I found the area really interesting and was nice to pop into the Bodegas nearby. The villa itself is spotlessly clean and a good size for a family of 4. The higlight of the property is the garden area and pool. Which you have exclusive use of. Really private and the outdoor kitchen was fantastic. We mainly ate at the villa and Debbie has the outdoor kitchen set up with everything you need to cook outside with ease including the fridge, sink and huge bbq. The terrace area for eating is beautiful and we spent relaxed evenings over dinner with the kids. There's also a lovely outdoor lounge area to sit and enjoy a few drinks. The pool is heated which was great for an early November visit. We were in and out of the pool all day and the outdoor shower room was also really convenient. It was actually hard to leave the villa to explore the island. We did enjoy a trip to Famara, the green caves, the water park, submarine dive, Las Grietas and Timanfaya. Debbie was an excellent host, incredibly welcoming and helpful. Her recommendations were very useful. She was nearby if needed but not intrusive in any way. Thank you for everything, we didn't want to leave.

Amazing place to stay
We had a week here with our two boys (6+9), the location was perfect for us, pretty much central to the island so great for taking our boys to visit plenty of the islands many sights, beaches and attractions. The villa itself was beautiful, quiet and peaceful which is lovely to come back to and spend quality family relaxing time. The pool is lovely and refreshing to cool down in (and difficult to get the kids out of because they loved it so much), but also in the evenings it’s heated so usable in all temperatures as the island cools off and the sun goes down. Debbie and her mum are lovely and fantastic hosts. Our boys loved Debbie, she is super helpful and knowledgeable if you need information about the sites and attractions around the island, she also loves her beautiful garden area which is really lovely to relax in. We had everything we needed (cooking facilities and relaxing space) and the villa was like a home from home for us we will definitely be returning. Thank you.

A lovely peaceful location to relax
We loved our stay in this comfortable property with everything that you need. The garden and pool area are fantastic, along with the BBQ area. Location is great to get around the island. Debbie is a very helpful unobtrusive host.
