Bella Vista: tranquilla, rilassante e confortevole

Ogni camera di questa casa con 3 camere da letto sulla Baia di San Francisco ha una splendida vista sulla baia, sul Golden Gate Bridge o su terrazze riposanti. Attraversa il vialetto di ghiaia ed entra in un'area soleggiata e riparata sul retro della casa, chiusa da un caldo patio in pietra. Le lussureggianti piantagioni ti invitano ad entrare nella porta della cucina olandese, che è dipinta del colore dei gerani preferiti. Oppure, se segui il sentiero di pietra intorno all'entrata principale, ti imbatterai nelle spettacolari viste sulla baia di San Francisco incorniciate da alberi che si ramificano con grazia. Dalle finestre anteriori è possibile assistere alle modifiche apportate alla bellissima città di Sausalito e al Golden Gate Bridge attraverso l'acqua, mentre le barche a vela attraversano il lungomare e il sole fa graziosi cambiamenti tutto il giorno.

Il pittoresco villaggio di Tiburon è facilmente raggiungibile in auto o in 20 minuti a piedi sulla pista ciclabile della baia. Da lì, prendi il traghetto per San Francisco (17 minuti) o Angel Island, o per una crociera al tramonto intorno alla baia.

Visita le città storiche nelle vicinanze per fare shopping, giocare o mangiare in famosi ristoranti o semplicemente stare a Bella Vista tutto il giorno per rilassarti. Bella Vista si trova a breve distanza in auto da cinque grandi spiagge (5-30 minuti), dalla regione vinicola di Napa-Sonoma (30 minuti) e dalla Città (15-20 minuti). Mill Valley, Sausalito e 2 grandi centri commerciali distano circa 10 minuti. Mt. Tamalpais, il luogo di nascita della mountain bike, si trova vicino alla Golden Gate National Recreation Area, a circa 20 minuti di distanza.

It’s All About the View

The location of Bella Vista was perfect with spectacular water views of Sausalito & the Golden Gate Bridge. Easy access to the rail trail across the street was a plus. We really enjoyed the deck & the fenced in yard for our dog. Overall, we fell in love with Tiburon from the quaint downtown, wonderful shops & the beautiful neighborhoods.

My daughter and I stayed at this wonderful home while she recovered from surgery - we needed to stay near UCSF hospital. It could not have been more peaceful and comfortable. All of the rooms were beautifully decorated, the kitchen well stocked with the utensils we needed to cook most of our meals, and the views were unrivaled. Every day felt like we were watching a National Geographic program out of the front window. Lots of bird watching and fog rolling over the hills. Ad far as location, it was easy to walk to the grocery and Main Street from the house, but you do need to cross one busy street. The owners were charming and there were a lot of momentos from the history of the house in photos. That was fun to learn. I also hiked up in the hills to take in views from every side of the peninsula. Traveling to the city was easy across the Golden Gate Bridge. I can’t think of any ways this visit could have been improved.

Ideal location

Tiburon is my favorite location around SF Bay and this property is ideally located to enjoy the surrounding area. Hike to town, catch a ferry, enjoy the views in the amply spacious home. The owners were pleasant and responsive.

A perfect stay

My wife, 2 year old daughter, dog, and myself spent 78 nights at Bella Vista and enjoyed every single one. Incredible views, a big yard, and great proximity to the bike path and town were huge pluses for us and the house was comfortable and spacious for our small family. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating and every turn.

Incredible view!

We stayed in Tiburon for a week in early March with our two adult sons. The house was very comfortable both inside and out. The family room was great to come together and hang out and there was also plenty of space where everyone could get some privacy. The view of the bay is incredible.!! A great house.

House was very charming with an amazing view and location. Master bed was a bit rickety and mattresses were a bit hard for my taste but it was still all pretty great as a whole.

Beautiful location & home

My review is for one night as the power was shut the second day due to the possibility of fires sparking. Meredith was very much attentive to our situation & helpful. The house is clean & spacious with a beautiful view. In the afternoon it does get hot with the sun coming in & no AC in the house. A new shade is there to be installed to help keep the sun out so that will make it better. It did cool down at night with the windows open. Gas grill in the garage & full kitchen had everything we needed. Beautiful dining table with a view in the living room. Plenty of seating. The bedrooms are spacious & comfortable. Lovely walk to the ferry & restaurants. There is a small expensive market in town. Safeway market is off Route 101 & not far from the house. One note: Driveway entrance is on the side street: Gilmartin Drive, not on Tiburon Blvd. We will definitely be back, it was way too short!

Great location.

What a beautiful place for some much needed R&R. The view across the bay was outstanding and the ferry right out of Tiburon to Pier 41 was an added bonus. Good times!

Wonderful stay

We had great stay at Tiberon We decided to stay here rather than in SFO and this turned out to be a great decision. The house was as described, fully equipped and well positioned. A 20 minute walk to the ferry and a very relaxing journey into the city, far better than driving. a fabulous stay and we would return some day if we get the opportunity

Quaint, comfy, home-away-from-home with a killer view!

Bella Vista is even better in person and is situated perfectly for exploring the city of San Francisco as well as Marin County and all it has to offer. That is, if you ever want to leave the cozy front room where both sunrises and sunsets are incredible! The house has everything you need for a great getaway, is very clean, and offers lots of space both inside and out for private conversations as well as larger gatherings. We hope to visit Bella Vista again!
