“Actually, the hotel itself was mostly fine & my room was comfortable, but I was often the only guest & the hotel is literally the only completed & habitated place in this giant conceptualized city. “Nice hotel, nice room, but in the middle of nowhere and no one speaking english (even if it was written so) I took this room to take the ferry to Co To Island, but after many struggles, I finally understood that this was the old port and now the ferry is 5km further”

“Pros: - There are 3 pools, 2 outdoors and 1 indoor, so it can accommodate lots of people - Beachfront - There are 2 restaurants, the foods were both okay, lots of options - Rooms are spacious and moderately clean. Public space was cleaned very often so it’s not slippery after guests coming in from the beach and pools Cons: - Bathroom was moldy - Pools water was cold eventhough the hotel advertise them as all season pools, including the indoor pool - Front Desk definitely needs more training. ...
