“Chambre spacieuse et litterie confortable. La douche était très grande et des produits de soin de qualité. Le personnel est très agréable. Petit bémol côté insonorisation car la porte de la chambre laissait passer tous les bruits du couloir. Heureusement peu de passage après 23h”

“Overpriced stayed for what was offered. We were forced to stay in the airport because of a conference. The room was not clean, basics commodity offered. Once I asked to replace the towel on a 5night stay they even forgot to replace the shower carpet and one towel. I asked the reception and they never brought the little shower carpet to the room. Coffee and tea bags were refilled only once.City taxes are redicously higher (more than ten euro again). Customer service is inexistent. It is a pity as...

“All was nice and smooth! Friendly and professional staff, since the moment I jumped in for the check-in. The place is lovely and clean. The room was clean too, comfortable and bright. The area is quiet and silent. I couldn't spot restaurants or shops nearby, it's pretty much a nice residential area cloese to TU Delft and not very far from the city centre. “Vado Delft un paio di volte all'anno. Sono stato in quest'hotel tre volte. In particolare le ultime tre. È un buon tre stelle vere con servizi essenziali, di fatto la colazione. Però non sono necessari dato che si è in centro e vicini alla stazione e all'università. Le camere sono curate e pulite, arredate in stile olandese moderno. Ottima la qualità del materasso. Ho sempre avuto camere affacciate sul canale il che crea un fascino particolare. Se dovessi dare una definizione sintetica direi...
