“Enjoyed our stay at your hotel! The room was clean & comfy. Although, we got to your hotel a little early, was told that our room wasn’t ready yet. After waiting for about 15 minutes or so, another employee asked if we were waiting to check in, of which I said yes and told her that our room wasn’t ready.
