Aldersyde Villa - perched on a hillside overlooking the peaceful coastal village of Tighnabruaich, Aldersyde Villa is a stunning traditional stone-built home with breathtaking sea views. For 2026 the villa features a wood-burning outdoor hot tub, the perfect place to unwind under the Scottish sky.

Inside, the villa is warm and welcoming, with a spacious living area featuring comfy sofas, large windows framing the spectacular scenery, and a roaring log burner with a complimentary basket of logs. The modern, fully equipped kitchen makes self-catering a joy.

The villa comfortably sleeps up to eight guests in four stylish bedrooms: one double downstairs, two doubles with magnificent sea views upstairs, and a twin overlooking the rear garden. There are two bathrooms for convenience.

Families and groups will love the games room with table tennis, pool, and darts, plus a children’s playroom.

Outside, the large enclosed garden and wood burning hot tub provide the perfect backdrop for relaxing or enjoying the outdoors. J

Aldersyde Villa is a stunning four bedroom detached traditional stone-built villa sitting on the hillside overlooking the quiet coastal village of Tighnabruaich, on Cowal Peninsula, West Coast Scotland.

Warm and welcoming with quality furnishings the villa features an inviting living area with comfortable sofas and large windows for spectacular sea views. A wonderful room to sit back, relax and cosy up to the roaring log burner, includes an initial complementary basket of logs.

The kitchen is modern and spacious offering all the facilities you require.

The villa features four comfortable bedrooms. There is one double bedroom located downstairs and three further bedrooms upstairs, the two double bedrooms upstairs have magnificent views overlooking the sea, the twin bedroom overlooks the rear garden. The villa features two bathrooms.

Aldersyde is the perfect place for a family holiday, with it's space, a games room that includes a table tennis and pool table. There is also a small children's playroom. Features free Wi-Fi.

The large garden is fully enclosed with a lawn area. The views are simply stunning. The seafront is just 200 metres down the hill and the village shops, cafes and restaurants are only a mile away.

The large enclosed garden offers stunning views and a perfect outdoor retreat. The villa is just 200 metres from the seafront and a mile from village shops, cafes, and restaurants. Families and groups will love the games room, children’s playroom, and the relaxing hot tub.

There’s endless outdoor fun in Tighnabruaich, from golf, walking, and tennis to a fantastic sailing school nearby. Cowal Peninsula is ideal for exploring hidden treasures, spectacular coastal walks, cycling, birdwatching, and fishing. Don’t miss Kilbride Bay, a beautiful sandy beach just a few miles away. Day trips are easily accessible to the Isle of Bute via ferry to Mount Stuart House, and Inveraray, with attractions including Inveraray Castle, the ancestral home of the Duke of Argyll, and the 19th-century Inveraray Jail.

Lovely house in great location

The house was spacious with good facilities and very comfortable. Only 200m from the beach and a walk to the village with shops, cafe. Lovely walks from the house and lots to do. Terrace and garden great.
