  • Derryguaig è un meraviglioso appartamento situato sul lungomare di Tighnabruaich, sulla costa segreta di Argyll. Vantando viste mozzafiato sul Kyles of Bute, questa incantevole casa al piano terra dispone di due ampie camere da letto.

    ideale per una piccola famiglia o due coppie che desiderano rilassarsi e godersi questa regione speciale. La posizione e le viste sui Kyles of Bute sono un punto culminante.

    L'invitante soggiorno è spazioso e luminoso con vetrate a tutta altezza per godere della spettacolare vista sul mare e oltre. Dotato di una stufa a legna per notti accoglienti e comodi divani, una meravigliosa sala per sedersi e rilassarsi con un bicchiere di vino godendosi le vedute in continua evoluzione.

    La cucina è moderna e molto ben attrezzata, completa di bar per la colazione, cucina elettrica, piano cottura, forno a microonde, lavastoviglie e frigorifero / congelatore. Dalla cucina c'è un meraviglioso giardino d'inverno con vista sul giardino. Questo è usato come sala da pranzo.

    Dispone di due camere da letto ben arredate, una generosa camera matrimoniale Master con vista sul mare e una camera doppia. È disponibile un letto pieghevole aggiuntivo adatto per un bambino o un piccolo adulto. Il bagno di famiglia presenta una vasca di lusso, un box doccia separato e servizi igienici. C'è un ulteriore bagno nel corridoio.

    Con un grazioso giardino davanti e un'eccezionale vista sul mare, questo è il posto perfetto per essere. A pochi passi di distanza si trova la strada principale di Tighnabruaich, dove troverete arti e mestieri locali, caffè e pub accoglienti.

Fantastic Apartment in Stunning Location

Apartment is comfortable, spotless and exceptionally well equipped. The view from the front window is stunning. Close to local hotel selling good pub grub in a friendly atmosphere. Would not hesitate to return.

Brilliant holiday at derryguaig by the sea (No1 holiday)

,best place we have stopped in Scotland, fantastic views,deer in the garden (just like being in snow white film ) people in village so welcoming, cleanliness second to none ,so comfy, you should be pride of yourselves for such an outstanding place... really good holiday,so relaxing.. thank you

Definitely Return.

I had an excellent stay.The apartment was spotlessly clean and was stocked with everything one would need. There are very good places in the village and near by for excellent food, breakfast, lunch and dinner with very friendly staff.

We loved our stay, the house was a lovely, spacious with wonderful views with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. Every room was spotless, and very well equipped. The welcome hamper and fresh flowers were a great touch and much appreciated. We loved Tighnabrauich, and hope to move there some day - this stay reminded us why! We were lucky to have sunshine between the showers so we did manage to see some of the wonderful scenery in the area, but equally enjoyed sitting in the comfortable lounge watching the world (people and boats!) go by. Thank you for a wonderful, welcoming stay, we most certainly are planning on coming back!

Wild Argyll

Property has everything you need for the perfect staycation. Hotel next door for food and the Oyster Catcher at Otter Ferry for marvellous Sunday roast. Views are beautiful and property is very dog friendly. Welcome pack and fire wood much appreciated.

This is a fantastic property in a great location right opposite the beach. It’s very well equipped for a comfortable holiday (the kitchen especially is superbly kitted out). There is a secure grassy back garden perfect for our dog. It feels like a lot of consideration has gone into furnishing and equipping the house, so it feels like a home from home rather than a short stay anonymous property, with lots of good quality solid furniture and thoughtful touches (plenty of plug sockets/extension cables, towels, toilet rolls!) There is an extensive guidebook with restaurants, days out etc listed.Tighnabruich itself is quiet and peaceful with a few cafes, a basic grocery store, an excellent local pub and an Indian restaurant. Everyone we met was so friendly and welcoming, we loved it and will definitely be back!

Total relaxation

We had a wonderful stay, so relaxing in an amazingly well equipped apartment with everything you could think of provided in spacious rooms. The location was excellent with easy parking in a quiet village and spectacular views. Definitely somewhere to return and explore local area some more.

The property is light, airy, expensive, with gardens to sit front and rear. Everything well appointed. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Simply Excellent

This is the best dog friendly holiday home we have ever rented. It’s well equipped, comfortable and spotlessly clean. Area is beautiful and neighbours were very friendly. Hotel serving good food only a short walk away. Was sorry to leave and would definitely like to go back.

Lovely stay by the sea

We really enjoyed our stay at the apartment. Everything had been well thought out and the lovely welcome pack was much appreciated. The location is perfect for sightseeing on the secret coast and also travelling across to Bute for the day on the ferry. We would have no hesitation in recommending this property and would love to return some day.

Derryguaig by the sea

Lovely ground floor accommodation in a great location close to lots of local amenities. Lucky enough to have had good weather for most of the week and spent relaxing afternoons in the garden watching activity of the boats and taking in the view while enjoying coffee or a glass of wine before dinner. Very well equiped kitchen with a most welcome basket of goodies. Second time staying at Derryguaig and will definitely be back!

Returning to the Kyles

Derryguaig is an excellent property, beautifully equipped and in an excellent location. It was beautifully clean and had a Welcome Hamper which was an equally excellent touch. Back garden is enclosed and dog friendly. Have rented with Argyll Self Catering previously and would certainly do so again. We'll be back!

We had an amazing stay at Derryguaig the property have everything you could need and more. The weather was kind to us and we had some nice sunshine which made the views over the Kyles of Bute even better! There was also a lovely welcome basket which was much appreciated especially by our Golden Retriever Riley when she realised there was also treats for her lol Would highly recommend

Easter Family Break

Lovely few days at Derryguaig, great property for 2 adults, teenager and a dog. House had everything we needed, very well equipped. Really comfy and lovely views out over the Kyles of Bute. Nice Friday night dinner at the Tighnabruaich hotel and fab lunch at The Oystercatcher in Otter Ferry, well worth the trip and lovely swim in the loch after. Visit to Ostel Bay and nice lunch at Botanica in the Barn after and a day trip to Bute. Would highly recommend the house and the area.

Stunning location.

An absolutely lovely place to stay. Right on the shore of the Kyles of Bute. I stayed with a friend and our dogs. The welcome food hamper was a really nice touch with essentials for the first night and morning. The living room is massive and looks over the Kyle’s with Bute over the water. Everything works well and just lots of nice touches you don’t normally get in a self catering let. I highly recommend and hope to return…
