“Stayed for two nights. Staff are very helpful and pleasant. The lodge is situated close to the river which is good for swimming and has it's own forest reserve. We did two very enjoyable guided walks on the reserve with local guides who were extremely knowledgeable. We stayed in the family room which was rather rustic but plenty big enough for a family of four. The main frustration was the cold shower which didn't get fixed despite reporting on the first day. “the breakfast was great. the pool was a nice way to relax at the end of a long travel day. the staff was terrific. the grounds were a delight. flowers, birds, and butterflies everywhere. however, just an fyi: to those susceptible, like me there are pretty bad mosquitos. especially on the river walk. my wife noticed at the end of our stay that there is mosquito repellent at the desk. ”

There's an excellent hiking trail throughout the property as well as a guided tour available across the suspension bridge into the park. “Es handelt sich um ein riesieges Holzgebäude,das jemand vor mehreren Jahren mit viel Liebe gebaut hat. Es liegt abseits der Straße auf einem Mischgelände aus Kuhwiesen u. Restwald. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig, rustikal und nach aussen offen, so dass man abends- wenn man nicht von Moskitos zerfressen werden will- kein Licht benutzen sollte. Das Personal wirkte unmotiviert, unfreudlich u. wenig hilfsbereit. Beim Einchecken bekommt man direkt eine Liste mit Aktivitäten, gezeigt u. natürlich die...
