“The room was cleaned, the staff was very helpful, especially Beatrice, who helped me with printing business notes in the evening. The coffee and food from the Bistro was delicious and served cheerfully. It is a charming hotel, quiet, excellent location for foodies, and it is reasonable. I would stay here again.”

“The room was spacious. House keeping came in every day and left clean linen and emptied the trash. The manager was very kind. The stay was peaceful and quite a lovely location in El Cerrito. Thank you Terrace Inn. Also San Pablo Ave has so many restaurants and Walgreens as well. ”

“buona la posizione, vicina alla fermata bart, safeway, autostrada. parcheggio sotto l’hotel gratuito. ci sono alcune cose che andrebbero migliorate, quali la colazione troppo esigua, le finiture quali gli infissi e la porta del bagno. per il resto abbastanza nuovi i mobili ed il letto, pulita la camera, buono il set di asciugamani, i saponi, la tv. personale cortese e sorridente.”

“Parking is excellent. I do not use the hot tub. Staff is always, consistently helpful and gracious. This is where I stay when in the Bay Area. For more than 20 years. Conveniently located. Stay here, park here and rideshare into any of the cities - Oakland, Berkeley, San Francisco.”

“Everything was great except a woman (manager?) in the cafeteria (Kitchen) was not friendly during the Sunday breakfast probably because we took a little longer time to chat with our cousins who were also staying in the same hotel. She snapped at us and ordered us to return/place the plates/utensils to the bin where they keep the used/dirty plates until they wash them… It was a little disappointing to get snapped at… Other than that it is a great hotel: clean, amenities, like the gym, courteous...
