This dog-friendly vacation home is the perfect choice for your next getaway to the Oregon Coast. Guests are able to easily walk to the beach. The has great views from inside and also out on the spacious front deck. Inside you will find everything to make you comfortable when you come back from your adventures at the beach or along the coast, like a flatscreen TV and internet.



What's nearby:

Oceanside is a short walk from the house where you will find a couple of eating options, along with access to the beach. Netarts is two-and-a-half miles to the south where you will find even more beach to explore. Check out the beach at Happy Camp (just over two miles out) where you can do a bit of crabbing right from the shore. Tillamook is nine miles to the east where guests can will find major shopping, necessities, and more.

It was a spur-of-the-moment decision to weekend at the beach. Willing to take what we could get, we got the perfect little house. Perched atop the hillside, the picture windows look west to the ocean and sunset. Wifi was spotty, but that might have been due to the storm that we were enjoying from our warm and cozy bungalow. The bathroom remodel is wonderful, with a heated stone floor and luxuriant shower. The well-equipped kitchen made eating in easy. Rosanna's at the end of the street always makes eating out a treat. Oceanside has been my go-to for a long time. This charming, cozy little gem just went to the top of my list for the next trip. The hosts were welcoming, responded quickly to messages, provided clear details about the home, and checked in during our stay. Five out of five from us.

PROS: fantastic location, close to beaches, great view of the ocean, beds, pillows, & comfortable seating for 4 AMAZING. Heated floors in bathroom a plus. Love that enough towels were provided, including beach towels. The cost per night for the space & location, 5 stars. CONS: Our trip started w/stress & anxiety before we even left. After reviewing rules, i wanted to confirm that my reservation included my pets; I did add into my search. The host came back & stated it didnt show pets on their end, & if I wanted to bring them, it was going to be an additional $150. After a lot of back & forth & a LOT of research on my part, also submitting videos & screenshots, not every booking platform are charging the same. So double check your final charges before booking. In the description of this property it definitely needs to be added how much the dog fee is. ($150 is the most Ive ever come across). I was not made aware of the fireplace being out of commission, until after I booked. The mini-split wasnt working. Thankfully there was 1 space heater that worked good. Like many others have stated; there could be more provided in the kitchen. There is an over abundance of pots, pans, & lids, but there isnt any mixing bowls, or tupperware. No salt, pepper or cooking spray. For being a dog friendly place; dog bags weren't provided, and the wifi is very poor. Guests should know that that area is a deadzone. Plan ahead in town for directions to places you want to visit

Couldn't get the heater to work and the staff finally came but they couldn't get it to work either. Rooms were clean and the view and location were excellent! Was disappointed coffee was not made available. Thought revolving issues by text/chat was a great way to communicate.

Broken dining room chair, broken side table, very small bed. Kitchen light over microwave doesn’t work. Very sparse kitchen without even salt or pepper. Roof eaves propped up all around the back. Very uneven floors and generally run down. 4x4 at top of stairs ready to give. 25 stairs to get to the house.The view is spectacular!

Cute and quaint cabin. Nice veiws. Very short distance to beach acess and two nice restaurants. Could use a little TLC. Landscaping impeads entry and exit to vehicle. Things to consider; there is no place in large bedroom for luggage.

Oceanside is a wonderful little town. This is an older cabin that has been updated but is in need of some additional work and some enhanced amenities. We loved the view and the light and airy windows. The beds were adequate, although the sheet were a little rough. Kitchen is galley style and hard to have 2 cooks at once! Plenty of pots and pans in the kitchen and a very good stove made cooking pretty easy. Fireplace is not in service. There were only a few cups, no small glasses, no wine glasses. Nice front deck, but the few deck chairs are old and a bit rusted, and the small table is broken. Side deck looks unsafe so we stayed off of it. If the owners could make some repairs and add a few more amenities we could stay again.

An adorable coastal cottage with the right amount of room for our family of four. The view and short walk to the amazing beach and cute cafes was a bonus. The kitchen was workable for cooking in but the supplies/utensils were hit or miss. The exterior certainly shows some deferred maintenance but that did not detract from a lovely beach trip.

Close to the beach, nice but kind of dirty.

The place was nice and close to the beach. It's great for our small little family. It needs a deep cleaning and the towels need to be replaced(blood stains) on a few and there are a bunch of uno cards that have been left for anyone who needs them. Close to Tillamook and Oceanside Beach which worked for us.

Good week. Cozy beach house.

We were there a week and enjoyed our stay. It was clean and the kitchen is well stocked with cookware and utensils. There's a good view of the Arch Cape Rocks, and the ocean toward the south. Be aware there are 25 steps up to the house, so if you have trouble with stairs this is a place to avoid. The new bathroom is amazing with a heated floor, and both a rain and hand held shower. The front bedroom is small with no space for suitcases, but there is plenty of space outside the door. We liked the house very much; a cozy beach house. The price is good and we will return after our old dog is no longer with us. He had a little trouble with the stairs.

Great little spot in Oceanside. The kids raved that the beds were comfortable. The house was cute but had the bare minimum enough kitchen basics to get by with our family. House is pet friendly and smelled like dogs had been in it. It was perfect for 2 nights.

Rustic Cabin

We enjoyed the location so close to the beach! Unfortunately the fireplace is not working, yet the heating system kept the cabin cozy warm. The dinning room table is where we played many games and watched the waves. Thank you, we will joyed our stay!

Amazing view, lovely bathroom

Lovely view and location! The bathroom is redone, and is very nice!Main complaint is that it wasn't the best sleeping situation: the rooms aren't super comfy, and the electric panel of the house next door makes really loud clicking all night.

Mom’s getaway

I went with a mom friend for a couple days just to take a break. My friend decided last min to bring her pup and it was so easy to communicate with the owner, super easy to get in and out. The stairs up are something so be ready to get your steps in, and it’s literally a 2 min walk to the beach. Great view of the water. It was exactly what was needed.
