Vieni a goderti un soggiorno tranquillo e romantico nella nostra casa sulla splendida costa dell'Oregon. Immerso tra alberi ad alto fusto all'estremità di un estuario affacciato sulla baia di Netarts, la nostra casa è un paradiso per gli amanti del birdwatching. Dal nostro portico, vediamo di routine grandi aironi blu, aquile calve, garzette e anatre di tutti i tipi che visitano il nostro estuario. Una mandria di almeno 20 alci passa spesso direttamente dalla nostra proprietà. A great time for our anniversary

We had a wonderful time bird watching from the house/porch. So many ducks, herons, and egrets! The hot tub was clean and relaxing. The fireplace was a nice touch and the kitchen had everything we needed. Thank you for sharing your lovely home!

Nice house, private, clean and quiet! We had deer, eagles and Mallards on the property. Great location to explore from and come back to for some board games. The host was super helpful.

Lovely porch and hot tub surrounded by nature!

The highlight of this property is the peaceful natural setting in the woods looking over a wetland area with the bay in the distance. The sunsets were beautiful and there's great bird watching from the front porch! We also really enjoyed the hot tub, which had the same great view. A downside of the house for me was that there appeared to be a mold problem. Depends on the person how much this will bother you - the smell bothered me more than my husband. I just kept windows open. However, we were impressed with how clean the house was overall. The cleaner does a very thorough job relative to other rentals we've stayed in - thank you for that! The kitchen was decently equipped for cooking, although some things were a bit worn. Warning for tall people: the shower heads are about 5 feet high. I am a female of average height and it was inconvenient for washing my hair. Also, I hope they remove or disable the weather station in the dining room. A loud alarm started going off intermittently at about 6am one morning. It took us a few times of getting woken up and jumping out of bed to figure out it was the weather station. Very annoying. There are always quirks in rentals, but overall, we had a good stay and liked this property. Extra thank you to them for the relatively simple check out procedures! Some rentals make it so complicated and time consuming that you wonder why you are paying a cleaning fee.

The house definitely needs better lighting. It’s very dark and the trees need to be trimmed up. There is just a small view of the bay. Only direct sunlight in house is at sunset But overall nice quiet area place to relax

Great views.

I can say this about every home rental. I am so tired of these rentals having no cupboards for our food. I do not want to stay in a house where I'm staying with all the owners stuff. I also want the closets to be empty of the owners clothes.

Home away from home

A very nice house in a very fine location, clean, quiet and comfortable. The deck, hot tub and fire pit are great places to spend the evening looking out over the marsh. Lots of birds, frogs, bats and other wildlife around. We've stayed here 4 times and look forward to more in the future.

This was our third time staying at this property and it was great as usual, even had sunny days for a nice change. A nest in Netarts

Lovely home for my husband and me as well as our friends visiting from Cincinnati.The property was equipped with all the amenities we needed- well equipped kitchen, hot tub,and crab boiler. Would highly recommend. Property manager was quick to answer questions. Great location-quiet yet close to the bay.

Always the Best

We have been coming to the Netarts House for Iq guess about five years now. Everytime our stay is amazing. This past time we once again enjoyed the view from the hot tub, collecting clams and crab in the bay and cooking delicious seafood dinners in the well equipped kitchen. The only thing we don't like about the house is having to leave. Cannot wait for our next trip back.

Very homey place, loved it!

House has everything you'll need. I really loved how the garage space was open for use. That really helped bringing luggage through it. I need a couple of tools during our stay, and they had a small tool roll away toolbox in the garage that had what I needed. Bird sanctuary for sure! White Cranes or Herons were everywhere in the ponds and waterways in front of the house. They tree up at night and are fun to watch. Over 20 of them. Not much in the "Beach" department at all, but that's not what we were looking for. Went to Rockaway for that action. I liked being so close to Tillimook and bar/restaurants in Netarts. Nice towels and linens too! Would definitely recommend.

Cute house with great view for birdwatching and more

Cute, clean house with lots of extra linens, beds were comfy with great pillows and Hot tub was the cleanest we’ve ever experienced. The view from the porch was wonderful even during our super stormy stay; we saw lots of different birds. We did have a couple things we had to contact the rental company about during our stay and they were on the ball trying to resolve it for us.

Fantastic Location

Great private location. Quick walk down to the bay. When the tide is down, you can get a good long walk in on the sand. Very little traffic and everything in the house functioned as it should.

Always wonderful and relaxing

Our family had a fantastic stay; as we always do. Enjoyed the view of cranes, blue herons and the bay from the comfort of the hot tub. Harvested some fresh cockles from the bay for a delicious chowder. We also gathered some fresh blackberries during walks with the dog. All in all, a wonderful time..

Wonderful location.

Great location and lovely property. Plenty of local wildlife and entertainment. Me, my sister, my daughter and her boyfriend, and my 5 yr old granddaughter had a great vacation with plenty of room.

A Peaceful Delight

Great location. Surrounded by nature and fresh air. Close to some great picturesque spots to explore the Pacific and all of its splendor. Sarah, the property manager, was super helpful and communicative. We, unfortunately, had car troubles, and Sarah provided a couple of recommendations. The mobile mechanic that came out was reasonably priced and was able to handle the situation skillfully and got us back on the road safely. Loved the location. Could not have asked for a better location. We loved the proximity to the bay, and hearing birds every morning , and frogs at night. Great escape from the hustle and bustle of the city! Our dog was grateful to vacation with us, as well! Would love to stay again.
