“Parking is easy. Air conditioning and heat were good.”

“Did not stay. Did not look like profile pictures at all. Owner was very nice but there were folks outside that immediately gave off hood vibes. There was an Adult Store next door also should be noted as attracting a less than desirable crowd. Could not get a refund through Expedia as I did not take photos of the room. I just wanted to get out of there asap. Never had such a disturbing experience so did not know that was the protocol. You get what you pay for so spend a few extra dollars...

“It is a no Smoking motel however you can step out on you balcony and smoke. Well the hallways were full of smoke. Noisy neighbors and a barking dog in the building. The bathroom was tiny. Toilet was literally the sink it was so close very uncomfortable ”

“The property is very old, and not in well kept condition. Our uber driver told us that is where all the drugged out locals stay. It was reminiscent of a prison.”

“Property needs a little attention. First impressions are important. Breakfast was subpar. Maybe rethink brand of coffee pay attention to the small things. Love the access to the ice. Cleaning staff very friendly. Room was very clean.”

“Upon entering both rooms that were booked we turned around and demanded a refund. Room was dirty, there was a hole where the peep hole was supposed to be, dirty bed and bedding. Pillows and mattresses were stained and completely flat. Not to mention the yellow hand print on the bathroom wall. Another guest advised us to leave before we even got to the rooms. I still have yet to get my refund. This place should be closed down. ”

“The rooms were clean and bright. The breakfast was AMAZING, especially for a buffet. The only downside is the location. Downtown Lincoln, NE is a busy place with a lot of evening entertainment venues and a lot of traffic. Kind of hard to minimize the noise from the outside, but a great location if those are the activities you want to partake in. Would definetly stay here again.”
