Hotel vicino a Timberland Park - Nashville

“I asked for some special considerations due to my traveling with my hearing impaired daughter and they accommodated everything we needed with a smile. The staff was excellent from Gustavo who helped with room considerations to the night clerk Tom, who made dinner recommendations that we followed and were delighted with his suggestions. The rooms were clean, and the breakfast selections were adequate and tasty. All in all it was a great stay and would come back or recommend to other travelers.”

“The room was quite large and was very clean and quiet. The only thing that kept it from being perfect was the bedding. The pillows were flat and the sheets were a bit rough.”

“This property did not have clean bathroom area in the rooms. The lobby is quite small as is the breakfast area. ”

“We booked this hotel for it's location, price, reviews, and the fact that it was recently renovated. Our room looked as though it had mold covered by paint, and upon further inspection, we could see mold behind a wall outlet. We asked the person at the front desk if we could have another room and he did without any issue. He didn't seem surprised or apologize, but he was pleasant and accommodating. Even though there was newer furniture and paint, it was just new stuff covering old. The bathroom...

“Property was dated. Overall our experience was good. It was clean ”

“Overall the hotel was nice and clean. The halls were nie and bright and the room felt spacious. The breakfast was very good on the first day but the subsequent days the scrambled eggs looked grey and the gravy looked as though it had been sitting out for a while. And, truth be told, I didn't like that a "Vape Here" was in the overflow parking lot. To each their own, but had I known, I might not have stayed here being it was for a family vacation.”

“The bar seemed well stocked. The lobby was very clean and the staff were SUPER nice. The room was clean but our shampoo and conditioner dispenser was completely empty. I feel like for the price you pay to stay here, they could at least include a free grab and go breakfast at the very least. I am not paying $10+ extra for a grab and go. ”

“Room was big and fit our family well. Beds were comfy and we slept great. Breakfast had limited options and was very picked over by 9am. Wasn’t sure how to order a coffee in the lobby as there was no one there making drinks. ”
