Here you’ll find a bright, welcoming, ground-floor 2-room apartment in Timmendorfer Strand, which, at 45 m², offers space for 3 people.

The cozy sitting area in the living room, which converts into a sleeper sofa, along with the flat-screen TV, telephone (not included in the rental agreement—for use on the German landline network), and an iPod docking station ensure a great set of amenities.
In the adjoining open area, there is a beautiful, fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary small appliances, such as a coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, etc.

The 14m² south-facing, sheltered terrace with a large, colorful awning can be used for many occasions.

The separate bedroom invites you to dream with its large double bed (1.80m x 2.00m with separate mattresses).
The windows can be darkened with special roller shades.
Off the hallway is the bright, natural-light-filled bathroom.

You can park your bicycles right in front of the house.

A parking space is reserved for you.
Wi-Fi is available (no refund or replacement will be provided in the event of disruptions or outages).
The basement has coin-operated washing machines and dryers (50-cent coins). It is accessible via an outdoor staircase.
