The location is unbeatable: just 150 meters from the beach, you can fully enjoy the proximity to the sea and the fresh sea air.

The light-filled apartment features a modern and inviting interior.

It includes a bright, spacious living/dining and sleeping area (pull-out couch), a flat-screen TV, a DVD player, and a stereo system.
In the living/dining area, you can darken the room using electric roller shades.
You’ll also find a balcony with outdoor furniture—perfect for soaking up the sun or winding down the day with a glass of wine.

It features a cozy bedroom with a comfortable double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m, separate mattresses) and a large closet.

The modern shower room is equipped with a floor-to-ceiling rain shower, a towel warmer, a sink, and a hair dryer.

A sophisticated, fully equipped kitchen with high-quality appliances, including an oven, a microwave, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and a dishwasher.
