Apartment 13 in the Windrose building welcomes you at Travemünder Landstraße 7 in Niendorf/Ostsee—one of the most sought-after locations on Lübeck Bay. Just about 200 meters away, you’ll find the beautiful Baltic Sea beach, which invites you to enjoy relaxing moments by the water. Shopping options are about 400 meters away, and the lively city center is just a short walk of approximately 350 meters. Access to public transportation is also available via the train station, located about 5.4 kilometers away.

The apartment is located on the 1st floor and, with a living area of 56 m², offers space for up to four guests—ideal for families with children. In total, there are three tastefully furnished rooms, including two separate bedrooms (one of which is suitable only for children, with a bunk bed: 90x200 cm each), a master bedroom (180x200 cm, with a full-length mattress topper), and a comfortable living room. All rooms are designed to ensure a pleasant, modern stay.

Entertainment is provided by a wide range of media equipment: two televisions, a hi-fi system, and free Wi-Fi are available. The modern, open-concept kitchen is equipped with a ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, steamer, and a full range of kitchen utensils. A dining area with a dining table offers plenty of space for shared meals.

The bathroom features a shower, toilet, sink, makeup mirror, and hair dryer.

The private, covered balcony allows for relaxing moments outdoors and invites you to linger. A particular highlight is access to the property’s indoor pool and wellness area (including an infrared sauna), which perfectly rounds out your vacation experience on the Baltic Sea.

On cooler days, you can take a dip in the on-site swimming pool, relax in the sauna, or pass the time playing table tennis and foosball.
For the kids, there’s a separate playroom with great play equipment, and seating areas for the adults.

You can conveniently wash your vacation clothes in the coin-operated washing machine in the basement; a coin-operated dryer is also available there.

Of course, a parking space is reserved for each apartment. You can store your bicycles in the designated basement room.

Just 200 meters away, you’ll find yourself right on the Baltic Sea beach and in the town center, where you’ll also find the nearest shopping options.
At the idyllic harbor, located 1,500 meters away, you can buy freshly caught fish and admire the fishing boats.

The accessible Niendorf Bird Park is certainly worth a visit.
There, you can observe native and exotic birds in the reed beds, as well as one of the world’s largest collections of owls.
