It is located on the 2nd floor of a very well-maintained complex. With its 50 m², it is comfortably furnished for two people.

It consists of a living room with a sleeper sofa (140x200), an LCD TV, a stereo system, and a cozy dining area.
From here, you can access the beautiful south-facing balcony.

The separate bedroom features a double bed (180x200), an LCD TV, and exterior shutters.

The open kitchenette includes a ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, and dishwasher, among other amenities.

The bathroom, which receives natural light, features a shower, among other amenities.

A washing machine and dryer (for a fee) as well as a bicycle storage room are available in the building.

An underground parking space is reserved for you.
