This newly renovated 3.5-room apartment in Timmendorfer Strand, with 58 m² of living space, is furnished to accommodate 4 people.

The lovingly designed living room features a cozy sofa set, an LCD flat-screen TV, a CD and DVD player, and a radio. The dining area seamlessly connects the living room and kitchen. The modern kitchenette is equipped with a 4-burner stove with an oven, a dishwasher, and a microwave.

On the southwest-facing balcony, you can enjoy a cup of tea or a glass of fine wine in the evening.

On the same level, there is one bedroom with a double bed (2x90x200 cm) and another with two single beds (each 80x200 cm). Both bedrooms are equipped with insect screens.
The lower level is rounded out by the newly renovated bathroom with a bathtub.
A staircase leads to an open loft, which can be used as a reading nook or a play area.

You are also welcome to use the communal sauna.
Two bicycles are available for short trips or errands (no right to a replacement in case of malfunction).

A parking space is reserved for you.
Wi-Fi is available (no refund or replacement will be provided in the event of malfunctions or outages).
This is a non-smoking apartment.
Upon request, you are welcome to bring a dog (up to 15 kg).

Quiet residential complex above the spa park: The apartments in this beautiful complex range from 44 to 58 m² and are tastefully furnished to accommodate 3–4 people. You’ll be staying here on a quiet cul-de-sac; some units feature a terrace, balcony, or French balcony, where you can breathe in the fresh Baltic Sea air first thing in the morning.

The building features a communal sauna—a place where not only wellness travelers will feel right at home. Wi-Fi is available throughout the building. A parking space is, of course, reserved for you at the building.

The beach is just 800 meters away, accessible via the idyllic spa park with its small wooden bridges. Bakeries and the town center are a 10–15-minute walk away. Here you’ll find many chic shops, good restaurants, and cozy bars.
