This apartment features two balconies, one facing east and one facing west. This allows you to enjoy the morning sun on the lake-facing balcony and follow it to the second balcony in the afternoon.
The large, separate bedroom is furnished with a double bed, a wardrobe, and a flat-screen TV.
Underfloor heating in the modern shower room also ensures your comfort.

A single garage is reserved for you (width: 2.35 m / length: 5.00 m / height: 1.95 m). The guest is liable for the loss of the garage remote control (€100).
