The open, high-gloss kitchen, featuring a ceramic cooktop, oven, and dishwasher, makes cooking a pleasure.

The terrace faces southwest and is equipped with an awning for very sunny days.

The bedroom features a double bed (2x80x200 cm), a wardrobe with ample storage space, and blackout blinds to ensure a restful night’s sleep.
A large safe, ironing board, and iron are provided.
The shower room is equipped with a round glass shower, a hair dryer, and a towel warmer, and the bedroom features a large white wooden double bed and blackout blinds. A high chair is provided.

Two free bicycles are available for your use (no replacement will be provided in case of malfunction; use at your own risk).
In the basement, you’ll find a coin-operated washer and dryer. It is accessible via an outdoor staircase.
A parking space is reserved for you.
This is a non-smoking apartment.

All apartments feature either a terrace or a balcony, where you can start your day relaxed and wind down the evening in peace.

A coin-operated communal washer and dryer are available for your vacation laundry, as well as a bicycle storage room. You can park your car in your reserved outdoor parking space.

You’ll feel the Baltic Sea sand beneath your feet in just a 5–7-minute walk. Despite the quiet location, you’re also right near the town center. Here you’ll find bakeries, shopping options, and, of course, plenty of chic stores for an extensive shopping spree in the exclusive Timmendorfer Strand.

You’re sure to have a great time on an active outing to the Süsel Water Ski & Wakeboard Park. Beginners and pros of all ages are welcome here. Equipment and expert guidance are available right on site.
