Welcome to the "Wolburg" 3-room apartment in Timmendorfer Strand.

Here you’ll find a light-filled, spacious 80-square-meter apartment on the first floor that can accommodate up to 4 people.

The generously sized living area is furnished with a large, comfortable sofa set and two armchairs, inviting you to relax. A TV and a DVD player are also available here. From the living area, you can step out onto the large balcony, which faces southeast and is furnished with balcony furniture.
Adjacent to the living area is the elegant, modern kitchen-diner with a dining area and a large dresser. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, microwave, and refrigerator with freezer compartment.

Through the spacious hallway, which features a large closet, you’ll reach the two separate bedrooms. Both bedrooms feature comfortable double beds (1st bedroom: 160x200 cm, 2nd bedroom: 180x200 cm) and a modern wardrobe.

The two separate bathrooms are also accessible from the hallway. Both bathrooms feature a shower and a heated towel rack.

A coin-operated washer and dryer are available in the shared basement.
You’ll find a bicycle parking space in the underground garage.
A parking space is reserved for you in the underground garage.
