“Toilet was not even attached to the floor and the shower was so gross that we didn’t use it”

“We went through Expedia to pay for 3 rooms but when we got there Best Western said we had only booked 1 room so we had to pay for the rooms again…very frustrating- even showed the hotel our receipt with payment to Expedia. Will not be going to Best Western again.”

“The property was clean. Breakfast was great. Pool was closed on day #1 of our stay, but did open day #2 late in the day. Fresh cookies provided at front desk -- they were great. Our biggest complaint was that they didn't have enough staff to clean rooms. We left about 9:30 am for an event. We got back at 5pm. Our room had not been touched. “The room was very spacious, I loved the vintage looking shower. Water pressure was good and hot water was consistent. Didn't find an ice machine but that is all I was missing because the sweet old man who I think owns it made sure we were taken care of!!! He even brought us a microwave. It was the perfect price and distance to retreat away from working bonnaroo in Manchester”
