“Front desk personnel were professional and congenial. Other staff were standoffish; several were so poorly dressed and unkept they appeared homeless. The room was clean, tidy and comfortable except for the traffic noise and poorly maintained windows. Breakfast was good.”

The “non smoking” room was full of cigarette smoke leaking from the room next door and that guest smoking r in got outside our door all hours of day and night. Black mold in the bathroom and no hot water in the shower. No silverware at all in the kitchen. It appeared the sheets were not changed. Tiny flat pillows, 1 each. Zero washcloth or kitchen towel. Staff was most unhelpful.”
