“ホテルの部屋には電気ポットがなかったので フロントに行って届けてくれるよう頼んだが30分待っても来ない。 15分待ってくれと言われたので そこから あと15分待ったらさらに来ない。再度フロントに行ってフロントの担当者の 真横で待って 最終的に 結局 頼んでから1時間15分をかかった。 電気ポットを借りるのに何でそんなに時間かかるんだろう。 ちなみに 毎回 フロントに行ったのは部屋に電話がないからやむを得ず 直接行くしかなかった”

“This was my second attempt at booking somewhere nice to stay in Visby, at sadly it wasn't much better than the one that I had cancelled last minute on arrival. Thankfully I was only here for two nights, and the positives were that it was in a good position, fairly quiet area, and close to the Destination Gotland terminal for a very early start back to the mainland.
