"From the time we arrived the staff were very accommodating and happy to assist. The standard king bedroom was better than expected, so no need to upgrade. "While the staff was nice and the bed was comfortable, that was about all that was good about this stay. The room smelled heavily like cigarettes, there were holes in the curtain (meaning 0 actual privacy as people could just see into my room), it was very loud, and the breakfast was disappointing ..."
