Step out onto a quiet lane and walk straight toward the ocean, where you can join the South West Coast Path right from your doorstep. A short stroll brings you to the stunning Bossiney Beach and the historic charm of Tintagel village, with Tintagel Castle nearby for unforgettable exploring.

The cottage features a bright open plan kitchen, dining and living area, along with a separate bedroom and bathroom, giving you a comfortable and relaxed space to settle into.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for easy, home cooked meals, while the cosy living area is ideal for quiet evenings, with a TV, books and games to help you switch off and relax.

The bedroom is down one step off the main living area, and has a small double bed with ample storage and hanging space.

For longer stays or practical convenience, there’s also a washing machine, tumble dryer, and an outdoor washing line.

The bathroom is stocked with all the essentials, including towels, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hand soap, and a hair dryer so you can pack light and feel at home.

Outside, there’s a handy storage shed for surfboards, bikes, or walking gear.

Electric vehicle charging is also available on-site.

You’ll have your own private patio just outside the cottage, complete with a fire pit and small BBQ, ideal for relaxed evenings after a day exploring.

Our house is next door, but your space is completely private.

We also have large gardens with a pond and sea views. While they’re private, you’re very welcome to wander and enjoy them.
