Non mi è piaciuto: Pulizia, personale e servizio, condizioni e dotazioni della struttura
Very difficult to find and on a dangerous bend with uneven carpark with the steps up to the reception having unusually high risers
No one in reception to greet us,the woman was flitting from working in the bar to working on reception
Bedroom was over the bar,extremely noisy,unacceptable after a long drive and we checked in late around 9 pm so very tired just wanted to rest and sleep
Bedroom floor very sloping so the bed was uneven and not level
Dirty windows
Wardrobe a mess with a spare blanket just thrown into the bottom with the hairdryer on it
Shower room,dirty toilet ,light kept going out,generally not cleaned properly inc a previous customers shower gel left
The top of the bed cabinets were dirty
Obviously poor attention to cleaning which included in the bed cabinet drawer the previous customers female socks and panties!
A completely uninviting bedroom,cramped and small
Dining room light and open with a decent breakfast,the guy who brought food to us was unkempt
The female owner was polite and friendly she said that she would speak to the cleaners
Offered no reduction,we didn’t ask at the time far too embarrassing situation
Unsuitable for people with disabilities
Will be asking our bank to request a refund on our behalf
