Tranquillo, calmo! Silenzioso! Serenità! Goditi la brezza costiera mentre le palme ondeggiano! Se ti piacciono le folle, questo non è il posto che fa per te!

Abbiamo la spiaggia più bella e naturale rimasta nello stato.
Casa molto privata. Rilassati, goditi le piscine, (Sì, ce ne sono 2 e solo per il tuo uso.)
Sala giochi ha biliardo, freccette, ping pong, sollevamento pesi, Wii per tutta la famiglia e un altro paio di sorprese davvero divertenti.
Forse un film sulla tua scelta di 3 televisori a schermo piatto, collegati a cavo HD, Internet wireless ad alta velocità, pesca, gamberetti, surf, Sky Diving, golf, passeggiate o passeggiate nella natura, birdwatching e molto altro o semplicemente sole e relax! !! Vuoi controllare la folla? Cocoa Beach 20 min, Daytona Beach 30 min, Orlando 40 min.
Poi torna a casa e fai un tuffo nella piscina riscaldata gratuita. La piscina è illuminata in modo da poter nuotare giorno e notte.
Calore piscina per vasca idromassaggio controllata dall'ospite (costo aggiuntivo per il riscaldamento in questo).

Worth every cent!

Thank you Denise, Donna and your team! We greatly enjoyed our time at this house, with the quietness of the area, a beautiful home and fun things to do. The house was well equipped with almost everything we needed, just brought food, snacks, drinks. Short drive to KSC and shopping, restaurants and parks. Loved the basement and games, it was nice to wind down and enjoy games we have not played in a while.

Spring Break Titusville

The property was perfect for my family of 9! The home was spacious and the decor reminded me of my favorite show, Golden Girls. The swimming pool & hot tub were great for relaxing and enjoying the sun.In addition to a wonderful home we were centrally located to visit Cape Canaveral, the sea shore, and Sea World. Close by were air boat rides to view the wildlife of the area. The owners were wonderful! We are hoping to return next year!!!

Spacious space coast stay

We stayed here on a recent trip to the space coast. It was 25 minutes to the space center, which was our main goal for the visit. We also had easy drives to Orlando, Daytona Beach and Cocoa Beach about 45 minutes each. The house is large. The game room basement was very fun! The bedrooms were very spacious and comfortable, plenty of space for everyone. The kitchen was well stocked. The refrigerator was large and clean. We really appreciated the pool and beach toys! There were two living rooms, and more than enough dining areas. The pool was clean and a good temperature. More than enough beach towels were provided. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. If you're a perfectionist, this might not be the place for you. It is an older home. There is some noise from the highway when you're outside. There are some things that need some TLC, like a dresser with a broken handle, gnats in the sink, and some carpet that could use some shampooing. The AC needed some repairs, and the owner was in communication about that. None of these things bothered me or took away from our family's visit.

Winter Weather Followed Us South

The property was not as anticipated. VRBO details, amenities not accurate, photos are current but taken nearly 10 years ago. Home needs repairs, maintenance, updating and cleaning inside/out. Can't explain all as VRBO limit is15k characters.Game Room: pool cues had no tips, juke box played one song and quit, no ping pong and the room has strong musty/moldy odor, pin ball fixed day 3. Only 1 Wii disc worked, controls had no batteries. Limited TV options unless you stream. No cable TV as listed. Gray fabric sofas/pillows are soiled and have unpleasant body odor to them. No window covers on back & side of house, vertical blinds broken/missing-safety concern. Carpet soiled/gray/black. Step carefully in front of washer-floor tiles not glued down.Knew it'd be too cold to use the pool. Paid extra deposit to heat the spa but couldn't get it to work. Owner has refunded. Pool screen old/damaged & door tied shut.Thermostat for the furnace/AC locked. We were COLD. Floors were so cold we went and bought us all slippers and bought blankets for the beds! There's a fireplace but it's not to be used.The garage isn't available for use as listed. Parking can be a challenge.Not provided: cleaning supplies, batteries, light bulbs, toilet paper, paper towels, laundry/dishwasher detergent, pool chairs/towels, only salt/pepper in kitchen.We did communicate with owner during our stay-even met her when she fixed the game. She was pleasant. Comfortable beds. Good WIFI. Dishes ok/clean.

Wonderful Winter Getaway!

This was a wonderful vacation rental for adults and kids. The pool and hot tub are great. The location near Kennedy Space Center and beaches is very nice. Denise was always responsive and accommodating! She is a great host.

We stayed at the same location 10 years ago and the place is still exactly the same. It’s a bit dated, but a large house with lots of rooms and bathrooms and a great pool. It was definitely lacking in amenities, like toilet paper, dishwasher soap, laundry soap and towels. Also there was no propane in the bbq, that was very disappointing. We had to get our own garbage bags because they only had one extra for a family of 6 adults,. Overall we had a good stay.

Convenient location, great screened in pool

We enjoyed our stay and the house was conveniently located to numerous beaches and other attractions. It's an older home in a nice quiet neighborhood. Having a cage for the pools to keep the bugs out is wonderful! 1 clarification the listing states it sleeps 10 but only if 2 people don't mind sleeping on couches- though the couches were comfortable.

Nice for the most part.

The house felt quite warm and we were not able to change thermostat. Quite a few of the lights blinked on and off while in use. Having two people who have seizures, that was an issue for our family. We enjoyed the pool and game room. The location of the property made it easy to do day adventures. We enjoyed our vacation and our time in the house.

Almost perfect

House was amazing! Large houae, room for everyone. The pool was clean and had toys/floats in the garage for the kids. Basement was a nice bonus for relaxing at the end of the day. Jukebox didnt work but we probably wouldnt have used it much anyways. My only two complaints would be the lack of communication with the property manager, and lack of cleaning supplies. Messaged multiple times inquiring about putting a deposit down to use the spa heat, never received an invoice. As far as supplies go, there was no cleaners, all purpose, glass, stove cleaner, paper towels, sponges etc. Both disappointing instances, was unable to contact the host via the app and email questions went unanswered. Otherwise the house was beautiful and we had a great stay. Would definitely stay again.

Great Space Coast Vacation Headquarters

Perfect spot for a month on the Space Coast. A roomy, comfy, clean, well-stocked home with fabulous pool AND spa plus fun game room. Area so easy to navigate. Top attractions: Kennedy Space Center, Cocoa Beach, and Historic Titusville. Two thumbs up!

Family visit

Prefect place to visit my oldest son who lives in Titusville and works for NASA and my other three adult children were able to stay and have room; my grandsons enjoyed the pool and the downstairs games. Hecter is wonderful help with any concerns. Love the place and convince.

FL family vacation

Property was clean, lots of space to spread out, pool refreshing. We cooked all meals but one and kitchen had most things we needed. Sharp knives would have benefitted us. We had a couple of very minor issues upon arrival, mostly with lighting, but a very quick response remedied those in a hurry. The bedroom on the main floor does need better lighting. Overall, it was a very good experience. The quick response from owner was very much appreciated.

Loved Every Minute of the stay

We absolutely loved the house. We read a review about the upstairs being stuffy so we brought our fans and all was good. The house was perfect for what we needed -the pool was great and the teens hung out most of the time in the basement. One of my boys fixed the weight equipment. If you love vintage tile -because the house is a really great throw back to the 80's - hubs and I loved it...the title was so clean and shiny. Brought back some awesome "trapper keeper" memories. I would stay there again in a heart beat.

Perfect

Perfect home for family. We had our daughter in laws baby shower to attend for the weekend and had family come in from Texas, South, North Florida and North Dakota. We were able to gather and share at the home and spend time with all our kids and parents. Not too far from our sons home. Close to beaches, central Florida and Orlando airport. Beautiful home with plenty of space. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

First year adventure

This is a nice home but too big for just 2 people. We rented this home for the dog. The furniture is very comfortable and if you come with family they will love the finished basement which has a pinball machine, pool table, darts, jukebox machine, exercise area and a table and chair set. The washer and dryer were wonderful! We never used the hot tub and got in the pool only once. The host was always quick to respond to any of our concerns and sent someone out very quickly to handle things. Unfortunately, you could only stream on the TV and what turned out to be a big headache for us was we had our mail that was on hold here in Michigan forwarded to the house only to find out although in the picture it does show has a mailbox there in NOT one here. We lost about 1months worth of mail. We got to be experts backing out of the driveway,😂. Unfortunately we were called home for a medical emergency and had to leave 2 1/2 weeks early. We lost our deposit😕

PROS: The setup of the house itself was awesome! It was spacious. It is close to shopping, 95 and the 528.The couches in the TV room were so comfortable and the Wii was so much fun to use on a dreary day. (Although we did have to buy batteries for the remotes).LOVED the jukebox downstairs, but it was a little slow/ornery to play all entered songs.Started playing randomly in the middle of the night.Pool table was great! Connect 4 on the wall was good, but the bottom piece didn't always hold the chips.Lots of SPACE! CONS: Had to email/call owner to ask for AC temperature to be changed every time as there was a lock on the thermostat.This was annoying.The vents for the 3 BD and 2 BA upstairs barely blew any cool air out, even with ceiling fans, it was stuffy to sleep.A box fan or two would've been nice.The pinball machine would not work, even with quarters inserted.When asked the owner the trick to it, she did not reply.The weight machines downstairs were broken, which was super disappointing and dangerous, as the cables were all loose.The grill was great, but filthy and no cleaner to clean it (just a brush). When my husband used it, the grease/oil from it transferred onto his glasses! The entire house needs upgrading,many outlets are loose, popcorn ceiling has several cracks in different rooms,screen doors don't close in pool area and one broken,& there was a truck in the garage which surprised us a little.We did not use the pool or 'spa-pool'.
