“We got charged for smoking in the room when none of us smoke. I've been trying to communicate with the staff for over two weeks. I was told that I'm gonna get reimbursed the 0ne hundred dollars, but that never happened Staff and the hotel have a lot to fix and address is the daily services. The only thing positive that I saw is that they give it a bit of the leftover of breakfast to the homeless around the hotel.”
