very nice place to stay. And cherry on the cake, the nice tour in and around the house by owner Federico. The house turns out to be build on the stunning ruins of Brutus Roman villa!

Immersi nella storia
Abbiamo soggiornato qui sola una notte come tappa di un tour che ci ha portati a visitare la Villa di Adriano e Villa d'Este. Posto incantevole, tranquillo, camere curatissime, bagno con doccia idromassaggio, vista su Roma, circondato da un giardino di olivi secolari, proprietari gentilissimi, ci hanno anche accompagnato a visitare i resti della villa romana su cui sorge l'attuale struttura. Colazione ottima, sia dolce che salata. Consigliatissimo.

Eccellente
Siamo stati a Tivoli come tappa di riposo durante un lungo viaggio e non potevamoscegliere di meglio, tutto eccellente, dalla vista alla struttura, dalla pulizia alla colazione, e sopra ogni altra cosa la disponibilità (termine riduttivo) dei due fratelli che gestiscono il casale, quando una cosa si fa con passione si vede e si apprezza. Mi dispiace solo di non essere stato lì nel viaggio di ritorno. Un grazie ai due fratelli ed alla moglie di uno dei due che fa delle ottime torte.

Zeer vriendelijke onthaal. Nette, ruime kamer en badkamer. Prima ontbijt. Ligging van de B&B is prima: op wandelafstand van het centrum van Tivoli en Villa d'Este, op kleine rijafstand van Villa Hadrianus en andere bezienswaardigheden. Een aanrader!

A 15 minutes à pieds du centre ville, la Villa Bruto est un havre de paix au calme d'une charmante petite villa avec une vue incomparable de la vallée du Lazio. Le personnel est disponible et accueillant. Le petit déjeuner servi est de très bonne qualité. Seul petit bémol : il serait bien que les portes des chambres soient de vraies portes privatives et pas des portes simples d'intérieur comme entre deux pièces. Ca réduirait la gène des voisins dans les couloirs et rendrait les chambres un peu plus intimes.

Andrea was a great host and Fredrico gave us an excellent tour of the ancient ruins. Rooms were clean, comfortable and quiet. The breakfast was well done in a charming art filled dining room.

This B&B has a very nice panoramic view of the valley. You can see all the way to the Vatican from your room window. The property is very tastefully decorated. The hosts (brothers) are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was decent. You can also visit one of the villas in town that they also own while visiting this backyard to Rome.

Frederico, and his family greeted us at the gate upon our arrival. Very proud owners. Frederico took us on a tour of his property which has been built upon the remnants of a 2000 year old Roman Villa. History in situ. Very special.

Andrea was a terrific host. Property celebrating 1st Anniversary this month. Breakfast was limited but good. Andreas recommendations for sights and dinners were spot on... grazie. Parking on site ... a little tight. Clan an convenient that will get better and better. Recommend and would stay again.

AMAZING !!
Amazing! Property is built above Roman ruins (be sure to ask the family who runs it for a tour), but the room itself had all the latest upgrades and amenities. Our room overlooked an olive grove plus all the hills surrounding Rome and the city itself (you can even make out the basilica Saint Peter on a clear day). It's a very short walk to all the must do in the area, which was fortunate because there was available parking at the property. Wonderful staff (Andrea and Federico specially). Great breakfast. Absolutely recommendable, without doubt.

We had a wonderful time at this villa. Andrea was so helpful & friendly. Our room was very comfortable with a fantastic bathroom. The room had an amazing view overlooking Hadrian's Villa & Rome in the distance. The villa was very quiet & walking distance to Villa d'Este with its magnificent fountains. We were treated to a private tour of the villa's ruins by Frederico that was very interesting. Carnevale occurred whilst we were there which was a bonus. Highly recommend a stay here!

Allein der Gedanke, dass man auf den Ruinen der alten Villa des Brutus übernachtet, ist etwas Besonderes. Von unserem Zimmer blickten wir direkt auf die Hadrians Villa unter uns und konnten in der Ferne den Petersdom von Rom erkennen. Nach einem köstlichen Frühstück führte uns der Besitzer zu den Ruinen der Brutus Villa direkt unterhalb des terrassenförmig angelegten Gartens mit jahrhundertealten Olivenbäumen - ein Erlebnis. Ich kann nur jedem empfehlen, diese Möglichkeit, an einem so geschichtsträchtigen Ort zu übernachten, wahrzunehmen. Es gibt private Parkmöglichkeit im eigenen Garten - auch für große Autos. Die Besitzer sind ausgesprochen nett und hilfsbereit.

ドライブ旅行に最適。あと、思いがけない驚きも。
ドライブ旅行で利用しました。ティボリの中心部は非常に入り組んでいるので、駐車場を考えたうえで少し離れたこちらのホテルを選択しました。結果、十分満足のいく滞在と思いがけない経験ができました。中心部まで徒歩で15分くらいです。比較的平坦で開けた直線の道のため、夜でも危険な感じはありませんでした。選んだ部屋にはジャグジーのお風呂がついていて、旅行の疲れをいやしてくれました。出発の朝、タイミングが良かったのか、オーナーが敷地の遺跡を案内してくれました。敷地はなんと、あのブルータスの邸宅の遺跡の上に立っていました。それが宿の名前の由来だったのです。観光地ではないので遺跡の管理は行き届いているものではありませんが、見下ろすローマ平野と合わせて、当時の貴族の生活を想像することができる圧倒的なスケールで感動しました。

Ah-mazing! Our room overlooked an olive grove plus all the hills surrounding Rome and the city itself (you can even make out the basilica on a clear day). It's a very doable walk to all the must-dos in the area, which was fortunate because there was zilcho available parking in Tivoli when we arrived on a Sunday morning. Easily the most welcoming, wonderful staff of our entire Italy trip.

Really good find close to town and amazing tour
Stayed at this guest house purely on location and price didn’t look at reviews at all, delivered so much for the cost. Amazing house with views all over Rome and surrounding area, the owners are so friendly, clean room with all you need, good breakfast with fruit from the garden, the owners will take you down to the garden in the morning to show you the ancient Roman ruins that span three times the size of the house or more in the garden below, amazing bonus ! Short walk to town and all of Tivoli’s attractions ! Would stay there again for sure !

Strålande utsikt i ett perfekt hus
2 bröder gör sitt yttersta för att ta hand om sina gäster. Nyrenoverat hus med ett fantastiskt, helt fritt läge med milsvid utsikt över Hadrianus Villa bort mot Rom. Vi fick ett par gånger hjälp med skjuts, när molnen tornade upp sig blev vi utrustade med paraplyer och när åskregnet började kom ett sms med frågan om vi behövde hämtning. Allt är smakfullt och frukosten utmärkt. Rekommenderas!
