“Ottimo hotel, il check in è stato un po complicato dato che si fa alla stazione della funicolare ma il personale dall'hotel è stato gentile e disponibile a guidarci nella procedura. Le camere sono distribuite in più edifici del villaggio francese di Ba Na hills e ciò rende il posto ancora più magico, la nostra camera non era spaziosissima ma la vista era direttamente sulla cattedrale gotica, fantastico!”

“I have to give this hotel a low score only because the bed was so hard that sleep was not an option. This caused us to cut our stay short, which was the exact opposite of what we wanted. The host lady is excellent and very helpful, the area is beautiful and quiet. If the bed was ok we would have stayed for weeks.”

“property and staff is good, everything else is so wrong. Breakfast: not good unless you eat local food. Dine in AVOID! Not worth I left my food without eating, it’s that bad. Access/location: it’s very very far from main city. Unless you are in group want to enjoy just in hotel and beach, just avoid. You pay toll both ways if you plan to go to city. Also you will have tough time finding rides late evening. No good restaurant nearby so we had early dinner in city every night and except one...

“I imagine that the place was really lovely when it first opened but a lack of maintenance, upkeep and proper cleaning has left it rather grimy and run down. The staff were friendly and helpful but a bit unorganized and spoke no English. They did upgrade our room free of charge because our original room we booked was apparently not good.”

“The only reason why I didn’t give it 5 stars was because it was in a part of town away from the touristy places. But that’s my fault. I obviously didn’t do my research. The area that the hotel was in was a place where almost no one spoke English. Again, my fault - not the hotel’s fault. “Inexpensive, great location to local Da Nang neighborhoods. Shops, restaurants, services (laundry, massage, barber), cafes all close by. Be aware the gym equipment is in the back of the lobby, the sauna was not reachable, the pool needed to be serviced, and the pool lighting would randomly come on or off. The restaurant had a Western only menu and was cash only for payment. Not a deal breaker as many of the businesses close by are cash only (or Viet bank transfer), but we expected the hotel...
