"The location in the Canadian Rockies was spectacular. The staff was welcoming from the moment I walked through the door to confirm my reservations. The room was well prepare for me, neat and clean. Later, I enjoyed a delicious meal from the kitchen."

"The room was great staff was friendly my only complaint was towels. In the pool there were only 4 towels so when it group of 5 went swimming we were shirt. And in our room we only had 2 towels. We were constantly asking for more towels as we could only get 2 extra at a time. Otherwise it was ..."
