Overall had a really good time although most of the steam rooms and ice rooms weren't operating. There was also building work going on until around 1700 but then stopped. Horrible, a real nightmare hotel. The pictures they provided are just illusions. You can go there JUST if you are a golf player or you have child ill-mannered!! Room was comfortable and clean. Staff friendly. Disappointed when the room wasn't tidied on the first day. However, the rest of the days were fine. Breakfast was good. Menu a bit pricey. Hotel conveniently close to shopping, church and station. Ample car parking.
