  • Our beautiful home is newly renovated and has a deck, driveway for about 6 cars, and full kitchen. Kitchen comes fully equipped to prepare home cooked meals with 5 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and great outdoor space for grilling. Soak in the scenery on the deck, while being 15-20 minutes away from all of the attractions the Pocono Mountains has to offer. Enjoy zip lining, hiking, fishing, ATVs, shopping, indoor water parks and more. We aim to provide a high level of comfort for our visitors!

It was very helpful having a full kitchen for the family to cook and eat. New appliances. So many areas for family to gather. Movie room was a big hit. Game room provided hours of fun!

A Great Place For Family Fun

A lovely home with plenty of space for sleeping and family fun. My family truly enjoyed our stay. The house is very large with plenty of space and many amenities. The photos presented are very accurate. The house is also located near many stores and water parks for families. Our holiday stay was definitely a win!

Excellent house

I really enjoyed this beautiful home and it’s many amenities. If you are looking for a getaway full of entertainment this is the perfect home. Host (Berris) is very responsive also made sure we were comfortable with our stay. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice place to stay

They place was nice. The dishes and grill where dirty when we got there, easy enough to clean. We got to some wildlife like deer,black squirrel , and the best was a black bear.

Great for a group getaway!

The house was perfect for our getaway with friends! The finished basement had a ton of activities, and the living room was spacious with lots of seating. The owners were easy to reach when we had questions, and the check in and out instructions were much easier than other houses that we have stayed at. I would highly recommend!

Weekend getaway

The house over all was nice… there was a few minor issues that the owners did their best to fix during our stay. They were great with answering my questions and responding back quickly. The game room was awesome! We had a lot of fun enjoying our time down there. The property was nice and quiet. It was very peaceful to sit outside in the mornings with a cup of coffee or in the evenings with a cocktail. Overall my friends and I had a good time here.

We stayed for 4 nights and enjoyed our stay very much! There was plenty of room for our large family! The game room was a big hit with both the adults and the kids! We also enjoyed time around the fire pit. The beach at Tobyhanna State Park gave the children a chance to swim in the pristine lake. The only drawbacks were that while the rest of the house was spotless, the kitchen really needed a deep clean especially around the stove area. Some of the kitchen pots, pans and utensils need to be replaced as they have been well used. (Only 11 forks for 13 people.) There were gas grills (pretty rusty), however there was no propane and after contact with the owner I was told they don't provide gas!! Why list this as an amenity? I would absolutely stay here again!

The house was lovely with many game room activities for the kids. However, the oven wasn’t working which caused us to have to eat at restaurants three times with twelve people which caused us a large extra expense. In addition, one shower did not have hot water causing all 12 people to have to shower in a single bathroom.

Beware Of Bed Bugs

We discovered bed bugs in the home after our first night of stay. I contacted the host to email me because I wasn’t allowed to send pictures of it on vrbo, but he ignored me after he told me he had emailed me (he never did). I asked for his email but vrbo redacted the message so I was unable to reach out. I requested a refund of any sort and he denied it even after I went through vrbo’s customer service. Please be aware before booking, not a great experience overall.

Horrible and Misleading - Beware

The only reason I rented this property was for the game room. For our family to play games and have fun. We were not able to spend 1 day playing games. To our complete dismay not one item in the game room was operable and mini sized. The pool sticks had no tips, the ping pong table had only 1 paddle, the air hockey table had no air, the fuse ball table was broken. We had to buy our own toilet paper. Could not use the dishwasher. No instructions were left on how to operate anything in the home. The media room is the garage which took hours to warm up. Firepit was a mess with broken chairs strewed everywhere. Food left in fridge. Ice maker broken. Empty bottles left all over the showers. Had to wash the kitchen floor ourselves, it was so sticky. The only thing the owners did was apologize for "falling short" and then lied and tried to say we broke some items and I have pictures to prove otherwise. Beware of this property. For the money that we paid I expected to find a home in pristine condition. Very disappointed.
