GUEST ACCESS
- You’ll have full access to the home, its contents, and outdoor areas, with easy entry via smart lock .

- Community gate passes are issued at the 24/7 Welcome Center. We will need to register you in advance. Provide all guest names and vehicle details at least 48 hours before arrival to avoid a $75 HOA late fee.

- We’re pet-friendly and happy to host dogs. Please include any pets in your reservation, as a pet fee applies.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
- Booking Requirement: All guests must be at least 21 years old. If any guests are under 21, the primary renter must be at least 25 years old and present for the duration of the stay.

- Starter supplies are provided (toilet paper, paper towels, hand soaps, shampoo, detergent, trash bag, cleaning products). Guests are responsible for restocking as needed.

- Please note, Ring cameras are installed at the exterior entrances and driveway.
