PETS WELCOME

Small, well-behaved dogs (under 40 lbs) are welcome. No cats due to allergies.
Pet fee: $150 for the first pet, $75 each for the second and third.

HOT TUB

There is no extra charge to heat the hot tub. It is not heated continuously and may take several hours to reach the desired temperature after water changes. Guests use the hot tub at their own risk. Please note towels are not supplied for the hot tub so please bring your own if you wish to use the hot tub.

SECURITY CAMERAS

Four exterior cameras record motion and sound at the home’s entry points. They do not face the hot tub or any interior areas to ensure privacy.

No parties, loud music, or large gatherings ($500 minimum fee)

Must be 25+ to book (or accompanied by a parent)

Maximum occupancy: 10 guests ($50 fee per unregistered guest per night)

No smoking or vaping in or around the property ($750 fee)

No fireworks ($500 fee)
