-Master bedroom: 1 queen bed and smart tv
-2nd bedroom: 1 queen bed located upstairs
-3rd bedroom: 2 twin beds also located upstairs

-Fully equipped kitchen with island

-Loft: the loft features a smart tv, a leather couch with ottoman and a chess board.

-The Living area: the living room features an electric fireplace with remote, couch, ottoman and 2 accent chairs.


Outdoor Areas:
-Our outdoor fire pit is complete with 3 chairs and side tables. There are plenty of extra lawn chairs on the deck. We ask that you provide your own wood.

-Our patio is a great place to enjoy the outdoors. Take advantage of the grill (propane provided) for some family meals, and spend the day outside immersed in the greenery.
-With a large table that seats 6, overhanging lights for cool nights, lounge chairs, and a hammock, your Poconos getaway awaits!

These are daily wristbands, so you'll have access to the pools, mini golf, and be able to canoe or kayak the lake for an enjoyable day. Passes will give you access to all amenities for the day.

This home is located in a gated community; you will need to provide me with each guest's name and vehicle 48 hours prior to check-in.

Bookings or responses after the 48 hour grace period will result in a $50 late fee charged by the main office.

To enter the development, you will need to stop into the welcome center with your drivers license and vehicle registration to get a pass for your stay.
