Guests acknowledge their full responsibility for the use of all features, and the owners shall bear no liability for any claims stemming from illnesses, demands, injuries, damages, or actions arising from the misuse of facilities, natural events/disasters, or general accidents on the facility grounds. Guests who opt to use the firepit, sauna, hot tub agree to do so in a safe manner and in compliance with house rules. Guests comprehend that owners are not accountable for any damaged or lost personal property. By making a reservation, guests implicitly agree to the terms outlined in this Waiver and Release of Liability, absolving owners from any and all claims brought against them.

NOTE Wildlife animals may appear around the area. We advise you enjoy all the amenities available with caution and at your own risk. Avoid leaving unattended food outdoors.
Please note that to be able to enjoy the amenities at the Country Club your reservation must be made at least 3 days in advance and you should provide us with the name and date of birth of each member of your party. The HOA requires you and your guests to be registered before arrival and check in.
