The kitchen was well equipped. The bathroom showers have great water pressure and are nice. The air conditioning was good enough to cool the entire house. The sliding glass doors to the back deck needs a lock. The grass in the front needs to be cut for maintenance (ticks). Love the living area and television (both are large). There is enough seating for eight people in the living room and dining area (we had 6). The beds were neatly made upon arrival, but there were stains on the bedding. A new comforter and pillow cases would be sufficient. The overall rating is good A deep cleaning would have made my review excellent.

Disappointing Stay

I recently stayed at a property in the Poconos that, while beautiful, was poorly maintained and left much to be desired. Upon arrival, I immediately noticed several issues: the sliding door did not lock, a stove knob was broken, and the linens were not clean. To make matters worse, snow and ice were not removed from the property, making it difficult and even unsafe to get around.I reached out to the owner to report these concerns, expecting at least an attempt to resolve them. Unfortunately, nothing was addressed during my stay. When I later requested a partial refund due to the unresolved issues, I was completely ignored.While the location and property itself had great potential, the lack of proper upkeep and customer service made this stay frustrating and disappointing. I would not recommend staying here unless management makes significant improvements in maintenance and communication.

The house was beautiful however there is a few things they need to improve, the internet wasn’t working, some of the bedsheets were dirty, the back deck was super dirty and we couldn’t use the barbecue grill because there was no gas
