The space
The Todd Trolley began as a dream and a labor of love. The owner put countless hours into designing and building this one of a kind tiny home. With a passion for creativity and adventure, he imagined something truly special, a vintage trolley transformed into a magical mountain getaway. With little more than a dream in his mind, he brought the trolley from the coast to the Blue Ridge Mountains and began building his vision piece by piece.
With help and support of his wife, that dream became a reality. Together, we poured our hearts and souls into creating this one-of-a-kind retreat, blending the charm and history of a bygone era with all the modern comforts needed for a memorable stay.

Unlike many tiny homes and glamping experiences, the Todd Trolley offers all the comforts of a traditional home under one roof. That means no running outside for the bathroom or your morning cup of coffee.

Guests enjoy a comfortable queen bed that becomes a cozy, private retreat when the light-blocking curtains are drawn. The full bathroom features endless hot water thanks to a tankless water heater and offers a nature view, along with a spacious shower designed for ultimate relaxation.

The fully equipped kitchenette includes a stovetop, refrigerator, freezer, full-size sink, microwave, toaster oven, toaster, Keurig, pour-over coffee maker, electric tea kettle, waffle maker, and all the essentials needed for a comfortable stay.

The living area is perfect for two and is stocked with books, games, and activities tucked away for you to enjoy during quiet moments. Step outside and immerse yourself in nature—relax by the fire pit, soak in the hot tub, cook on the grill, stroll down to the historic Todd Mercantile for a drink, or take a short walk to the beautiful New River.
