“We love the spacious and new, modern room with full amenities including mulberry tea and nespresso coffee machine in the room. We enjoy the hotel onsen with full amenities and lounge with free drinks and snacks. Highly recommended. Early check-in was given to us as well. Special mention to Manager Takana who helped me file police lost and found online in Japanese. Thank you and kudos to all the staff in this hotel. ”

“Hotel is located next to the train station and is connected to shopping area and train station. Very convenient especially if you need to take early train or if you arrive late. The lobby was nice, bright with a sitting area. The staff was very polite and helpful. My room was a double facing the city and mountains. Bed was very comfortable and clean.
