“とても良かったです、気持ちよくくつろげました、スタッフの方も皆さん感じよかったです。 朝ごはん美味しかった！ お風呂はDIANE、BOTANIST、＆honeyのシャンプーとトリートメントがあって、試せて良かった！(女湯のみのよう) ちなみにノーブランド？乳液、化粧水なども無料でもらえました。 うっかりメイク落としと洗顔料を忘れたので、コンビニで買ってきたのですが、ここはお風呂に洗顔フォームもありました。 一つだけ、残念だったのは、お風呂に続く階段、上り下りが多くて80超えた母がしんどそうでした。 エレベーターがあると嬉しいです。 ペット同伴でなくても楽しく過ごせました！ありがとうございます ”

“It was amazing. My toddler, friend and I enjoyed the experience. Our building was so beautiful. My friend and I enjoyed the onsens so much. My toddler loved feeding the koi. The futons were pretty comfortable. We used the onsens so many times. My friend liked the outdoor one since it isn't as hot as inside but i didn't mind. I tried the public bath at night and there were spiders in the room. They were big. It was nice to use too but better if there weren't spiders but it makes sense why they...

“Amazing staff and services make the stay feels like home. Half board was super delicious and absolutely amusing. Private onsen was secluded and peaceful. Definitely staying here again if passing by Ito!”
