“This hotel is a gem and great place to stay as a solo traveler. As a woman, I felt safe and cared for. The amenities are well done and the food options are great for the stay. Also, check out Mama Africa across the street for any of your souvenirs needs (not a paid ad, it's just VERY convenient). ”

“My stay at the pelican hotel was nothing short of amazing. The staff was extremely hospitable and supportive throughout the entirety of my wife and I’s stay. We were visiting Ghana for a wedding and due to some wedding programming had to switch rooms on two occasions; the staff was extremely helpful in getting us relocated to our new rooms and ensuring that the room was up to par on a daily basis.
