    It's easy access from both Haneda and Narita airports.
    Highly recommend to a group of travellers!

    About 10 minutes to Tokyo Skytree (3 stops) Asakusa (4 stops) by Tobu Skytree Line.

    Only 2 minutes away to conveniences stores (7-evelens and Family Market)

Stayed here for the first week of our trip, and loved it! A simple set of stairs away from the nearest seven eleven, which made it so nice to just be able to get what we wanted whenever we wanted it. Two very minor gripes, that aren’t enough to lower the rating, but to give warning of the layout of the house.. Firstly, the shower is situated in the kitchen. It does have privacy glass, so people seeing you is not a problem.. but it does make it difficult to get in and out while people are around. Second, the stairs up are very narrow. Got used to them in the end, but definitely need to take them sideways to have your feet fit on them. Other than these things, this was a perfect stay. Thank you for accommodating us during this time!

Great traditional home

We recently stayed a few nights while we explored Tokyo as a family. The home is located a bit away from Tokyo station, but it is pretty close to skytree and Asakusa. It’s located in an a very nice, quiet neighborhood. The checkin process was very precise and instructions were helpful in finding the home. Very clean, has everything we needed. WiFi easy to use. We would definitely recommend, and we’d stay here again.

Good stay

Good place to stay for the night. The stairs were a bit small so it can be difficult to get up and down the rooms. Location was pretty far away from the centre of Tokyo but close to the Skytree and Asakusa.

Value for my money 10/10. Simple home. Comfortable for an American family of 3. Limited privacy for the shower but there are curtains to separate the area from the main living space. Reminds me of being at grandmas house where she lived simple and appreciated what she had. It was a great cultural immersion. 711 and Family Mart are VERY close by. The Kanegafuchi station is also a short walk away. Use that local station to get to the larger stations. The was a grocery store I wish I had gone to but jet lag got the best of me. When finding the apartment, walk up the ally and take the last right. If you reach the cement stairs, (that will take you to 711!!) take a few steps back and you’ll be at the correct path that will lead you to the apartment. We got there after midnight, it’s a quiet neighborhood so carry your bags, don’t roll them.

De keuken en badkamer is 1 ruimte. Dit was bekend van de fotos. Het was echter niet schoon. De stijle trap en de erg lage plafonds stonden niet op de fotos. De vloeren en muren waren scheef, we konden nergens recht staan.

Excellent stay

The house is located in a residential neighborhood and is a close walk from the nearest station. There are 3 double beds and numerous futons so there is plenty of space to sleep. There is also a shower, toilet, kitchen with appliances, a living room with TV and seating, free washing machine, coat hangers, drying line, Wi-Fi etc. My communication with the owner was prompt and friendly ever since the start. The place was also very clean when we checked in. Overall, very satisfied with my stay and I’ll definitely book this place again if I’m coming with friends.

Not What I Expected

This location was the most stressful of my entire trip. The location was fine but the place was definitely not what was expected. We stayed here twice because we had it booked in advance and Vrbo won’t help if you have any issues. We didn’t end up checking in until about 5:30-6pm on our second stay because the host thought I canceled but it never stated I canceled on the app. I tried to get customer service to help and they just bounced me around saying they had no power to do anything. We wasted an entire day stranded with our luggage because of Vrbo and the host being confused. The house was fine if you are use to camping or backpacking but if you wanted a more upscale experience do not stay here. Everything felt dusty and dirty, the shower had mildew and grime when we checked in twice, the towels they gave us were all different old rags they had. The bedding was uncomfortable and itchy. Everyone had allergies. There was even pest droppings near one of the beds. No one liked staying there. Everyone was upset and felt scammed. I was just disappointed. The walls are paper thin so we heard lots of noise from the guests next to us. The stairs are too steep for comfort. There were blood stains and random bodily fluid stains found on the bedding and wall. If you value cleanliness this might not be your choice. We wouldn’t mind staying here if those factors were different. It felt more like a camp than a BnB. I wouldn’t come back.

The house is much smaller, but is in a very nice neighborhood, and is surrounded by severel ammeneties to help with your visit, in a few minutes is a familymart and a 7-eleven, 5 minutes away is a grocery chain (Bel-X) and a Daiso, and the station thats 8 minutes away connects to a decent amount, with the easiest to access being Kita-Senju, allowing quick travel to most of the main areas, notably akihabara with the express liner. Decent price, but would reccomend for anyone with a group of around ~3-4 people, as the house does get a bit crowded past this point +Alright sized house +Beds are fairly comfortable +seperate air conditioning units for both top and bottom floors +fridge, some dishes, and a laundry machine +provided ammeneties with umbrellas to use, cups and plates, and a hotplate and several pots for small cooking. +very nice park nearby for a morning walk -Laundry only supports washing, but the owner provides hangers for drying on the balcony, as well as a laundromat thats only 10 minutes away -Toilet is a bit awkward to sit on for taller people, have to slightly angle your legs to fit -the sliding doors can sometimes get a bit stuck
