-This is not a shared room. You will have the entire house to yourself. 100% privacy.

-The room is free to use 24hours.

-Please keep quiet in the house ※.

-Only the number of towels corresponding to the number of guests at the time of booking will be provided in the room.



-If you wish to store your luggage at the property in advance, we can accept it for free starting from 1:00 PM. Please be sure to contact us by 5:00 PM the day before.



-Early check-in is available for a fee starting from 1:00 PM. If you wish to request this, please contact us by 5:00 PM the day before check-in.

-Late check-out is available for a fee until 12:00 PM. If you wish to request this, please contact us by 5:00 PM the day before check-out.

11:00 AM12:00 PM: 4,000 yen



-Please strictly adhere to the 10:00 AM check-out time.

If you check out without notifying us and exceed the check-out time, the following fees will be charged. Please either hand the payment to the cleaning staff in cash or pay via the payment link.

【Extension fees】

10:00 AM11:00 AM: 4,000 yen

11:00 AM12:00 PM: 8,000 yen



-Only those who made the reservation are allowed to stay.



-The entire property is non-smoking. Please refrain from smoking in front of the building as it can disturb the surrounding residents.



-Please remove your shoes at the entrance before entering the room.



-We kindly ask for your cooperation in separating the trash (please separate into burnable and non-burnable waste).



-If there are any bulky items, please contact us in advance.



-If you have left any belongings behind, please be sure to contact us within two weeks. If we do not hear from you, we will dispose of them.



-Please do not remove any items from the room.



-Please keep the noise level down after 9:00 PM.



-In accordance with the Ryokan Business Law, we are required to report guest information to the Ministry of Health, Labour, and Welfare. All guests must submit the following documents:

1. Full name

2. Address

3. Occupation

4. A copy of the passport’s personal information page (with a photo)
