“Perfect for me who travelled solo. I just needed a place for the night but the record player in your room and vinyl in the lobby you could borrow was a nice touch”

“Nice size place with plenty of room. Very good communication and help with things to see and do in the area. Can get to almost anything in Tokyo in 25 minutes or so.”

“The accommodation was very poor - old dirty rug on the floor, metal ladder right in the centre of the room, uncomfortable bed, one bright overhead light, cheap bedding & furniture, air freshener to mask smell of drains. The rate we paid was the same as a four star hotel where we stayed elsewhere in Tokyo. The accommodation was not as described and we think we are entitled to a refund.”

“Noisy room because of the train station. They also had workers in the morning on the floor below mine. I asked to move on an upper floor but they denief”
