“L'unico aspetto positivo è la posizione, il quartiere è molto carino e, la comodità dei trasporti a due passi. Il personale è molto freddo e la pulizia non è il massimo, ma ho visto di peggio. Bagni e docce microscopici, ma fa parte del posto. La cosa peggiore è che nel mio pacchetto era prevista la colazione. Non pervenuta! Per fortuna c'era il 7/11”

“ベルーナドームのライブ2DAYSがあり宿泊。ティッシュペーパーのケースがホコリがけっこう付いていたのが気になりましたが、それ以外は3人で2万の宿泊費で軽食も付いているので良いと思いました。 それと部屋の時計が20分遅れている事にチェックアウト直前まで気づかず大慌てでドタバタし てしまいました。 総合的には満足でまた機会があれば利用したいと思います。”

“The lake and mountain views were worth the price alone. The Ryokan itself is very beautiful and traditional, the tatami and sliding paper doors made it feel like we had gone back in time. The onsen is nice and note that it is for separate male and female, so if you want to share the experience with family or partner you may not be able to. “Colazione gratuita, possibilità di usare le onsen (terme) e la sauna senza ulteriori spese. Inoltre offre oggetti per la cura persona usa e getta (spazzolini, rasoi, ecc.). Personale molto accogliente e che parla anche inglese”

“スタッフの皆さん全員に親切にしていただきました。 部屋付きのドッグラン、ジェットバス、広い部屋とても良かったです。 食事も葱鮪鍋が美味しかったです。 送迎バスの運転手さんもとても良かったです。 また、利用したいです。”

“部屋の鏡の位置、何故か２階で止まるエレベーターは、ちょっと怖かったけど、隣の日帰り温泉施設の利用券付きで疲れた身体には有難かったです。”
