“Sadly we were only able to stay 1 or the 2 nights we reserved at Mustard Hotel due to a flight issue. However, yesterday when we checked in everything was still arranged and ready for our arrival. The staff were amazingly kind, friendly, and courteous to us. They were even kind enough to upgrade our room to a large balcony room and gave us some breakfast tickets as well. What a lovely gesture! “L'unico aspetto positivo è la posizione, il quartiere è molto carino e, la comodità dei trasporti a due passi. Il personale è molto freddo e la pulizia non è il massimo, ma ho visto di peggio. Bagni e docce microscopici, ma fa parte del posto. La cosa peggiore è che nel mio pacchetto era prevista la colazione. Non pervenuta! Per fortuna c'era il 7/11”

“The lake and mountain views were worth the price alone. The Ryokan itself is very beautiful and traditional, the tatami and sliding paper doors made it feel like we had gone back in time. The onsen is nice and note that it is for separate male and female, so if you want to share the experience with family or partner you may not be able to.
